- Delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch (within Lithuania).
- How it works: Once your package arrives at your selected parcel locker, you will receive an SMS and/or email containing a unique PIN code to open the locker.
- Storage period: Packages are held in the locker for 7 calendar days. If not collected within this time, the package will be returned to the sender.
- Why Smartpost? All Smartpost lockers are located indoors, ensuring your items (such as textiles or printed goods) are protected from humidity and extreme temperature changes.
Delivery via Omniva parcel lockers
- Delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch (within Lithuania). For the Baltic states (Latvia, Estonia) – 2–5 business days.
- How it works: Once your package is delivered to the locker, you will receive an SMS with a 6-digit collection code.
- Storage period: Packages are held in the locker for 7 calendar days. After this period, the package will be returned to the sender.
- Convenience: Omniva lockers are located outdoors, allowing you to pick up your package at any time (24/7).
- Tracking: You can track your shipment on the Omniva website using your tracking number.
Delivery via Unisend (formerly known as LP Express) parcel lockers
- Delivery time: 1–2 business days after dispatch (within Lithuania). For Latvia and Estonia – 2–4 business days.
- How it works: Once your package is delivered to the locker, you will receive an SMS and/or email containing a unique PIN code to open the locker door.
- Storage period: Packages are held in the locker for 7 calendar days. If not collected within this time, the package will be returned to the sender.
- Convenience: Unisend lockers are located outdoors, allowing you to pick up your package at any time (24/7).
- Tracking: You can track your shipment on the Unisend website using the provided tracking number.
