1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These Rules for the Purchase and Sale of Goods (hereinafter – the Rules) govern the legal relationship between the Public Institution (VšĮ) “Kultūros platforma” (hereinafter – the Seller) and the person placing an order (hereinafter – the Buyer) to purchase goods, merchandise, or tickets / gift vouchers in the ConTempo festival online store at https://contempofestival.lt/parduotuve (hereinafter – the Online Store).
1.2. These Rules apply to all contracts concluded between the Seller and the Buyer
regarding the sale of goods (hereinafter – the Contract). Before placing an order, the Buyer must familiarize themselves with the Rules provided on this website and comply with them.
1.3. During each purchase, before finalizing the order, the Buyer must confirm their agreement with the Rules by checking the appropriate checkbox.
1.4. The Seller has the right to change or supplement the Rules at any time. The current version of the Rules is available to all Buyers in the “Purchase Rules” section of the Online Store.

3. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT AND ORDER FULFILLMENT
3.1. Natural persons with full legal capacity, minors aged between 14 and 18 (with the consent of parents/guardians), and legal entities have the right to purchase goods in the Online Store.
3.2. There is no minimum shopping cart amount.
3.3. The Contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer forms a shopping cart, provides the delivery address and required data, selects a payment method, confirms agreement with the Rules, and completes the payment.
3.4. If the Seller is unable to fulfill the order (e.g., the item is out of stock), the Seller shall immediately inform the Buyer by email or phone and offer an analogous product or a full refund within 14 calendar days.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
4.1. All prices for goods are indicated in Euros (EUR), including VAT at the rate established by law (if applicable).
4.2. Delivery costs are not included in the price of the goods unless explicitly stated otherwise. The delivery fee is presented to the Buyer before the order is confirmed.
4.3. The Buyer can pay for the goods using the following methods:
- Via e-banking and payment cards using the Montonio payment collection system;
- By payment (credit or debit) cards;
- By other electronic payment methods specified at the time of ordering.
4.4. Order fulfillment begins only after the Seller receives full payment for the goods and their delivery.
5. DELIVERY AND COLLECTION OF GOODS
5.1. Goods are delivered to the Buyer via the following methods:
- Delivery to parcel lockers (Omniva, LP EXPRESS, Smartpost, etc.);
- Delivery by courier to the address specified by the Buyer.
5.2. The standard delivery period in Lithuania is 2–7 business days from the receipt of payment. In the case of festival merchandise or special orders, the period may be up to 14 calendar days. 5.3. Upon receipt of the shipment, the Buyer must check the condition of the packaging. If any damage is noticed, the Buyer has the right to refuse the shipment and, together with the courier, fill out a packaging damage report and inform the Seller.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
6.1. The Buyer (consumer) has the right, without stating a reason, to withdraw from the purchase-sale agreement within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day of receipt of the goods, by notifying the Seller in writing via email: info@contempofestival.lt.
6.2. The returned item must be undamaged, must not have lost its commercial appearance (with intact labels and protective films), must be unused, and must be in the same configuration as received.
6.3. Direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer, except in cases where low-quality or incorrect goods are being returned.
6.4. The Seller shall refund the money paid by the Buyer within 14 days from the day the returned item is received or proof of return is provided.
6.5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to:
- Goods manufactured according to the Buyer’s individual instructions (custom-made);
- Event tickets or vouchers for festival events on specific dates (in accordance with Article 6.228(10), Part 2, Clause 12 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania);
- Unsealed audio/video recordings or digital content.
