Where do I connect? is a contemporary circus and dance performance — a dialogue between a dancer and an acrobat in search of non-verbal communication, exploring what it means to connect and how that connection can extend toward the audience.

In physics, contact in the sense of truly “touching” does not really exist. Even when we stand on the ground, we are not actually touching it. Yet we can still deeply feel the embrace of someone close to us. Through different movement languages, the artists explore this paradox, creating an unusual yet honest dialogue with the audience.

Adrian Carlo Bibiano
Typical, yet different. Slow, yet fast. Down, but up. Closed, yet open. Mechanical, yet organic. Adrian Carlo Bibiano, usually known simply as Carlo, describes himself as a dance artist, choreographer, and facilitator. His practice exists between states — between structure and instinct, precision and intuition. He is interested in the body not as something perfect or complete, but as something constantly negotiating: with space, with others, and with itself.

Džiugas Kunsmanas
Džiugas Kunsmanas is a contemporary circus artist who explores the boundaries of physical expression and performance. In 2016, he received the Fortūna diploma for the physical theatre performance Nutricula, directed by Yassen Vasilev. In 2021, he was awarded another Fortūna diploma, continuing his ongoing exploration of movement and physical storytelling.

The Emerging Creators Program is supported by Baltisches Haus.
